We absolutely loved this wine - 100% Jacquère - crisp, fresh, and delicious, juicy white fruit, white flowers, clean minerality, this is a wine that could easily sell for well over twice the price. This comes highly recommended to lovers of clean, mineral driven french whites, drinkers will enjoy the crisp minerality, tropical fruit, and floral character of this undersung region. The price to quality ratio is simply extraordinary. 

Founded in 1853. Gilbert Perrier and his son, Gilles, are the fifth and sixth generation to make wine in this picturesque Alpine region. The domaine has slowly expanded over the generations and today they own sixty hectares. Maintaining quality has always been the priority and vineyard work is sustainable, certified by HVE. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently vinified in stainless steel tanks. The wines are classic, crisp, and a pure expression of Savoie character.

Wine after wine Paso Robles has been producing incredible quality Cabernet Sauvignon with a distinct regional style while maintaining an approachable price point. The One Stone Cellars Cabernet is a true to region expression of Paso Cabernet. The wine pours a dense opaque deep ruby, with aromas of black cherry, cassis, cocoa, and graphite. Full-bodied and palate coating texture adds significant depth, soft tannin, and 15 months of 75% American & 25% French Oak carries barrel spice through the long pleasant finish. Fantastic wine.
