Koehler-Ruprecht holds legendary status for producing the Pfalz's cellarable dry Rieslings - wine rich in minerality they can stand the test of time. Pure Grenache Expression by the Master Winemakers Isabelle and Christophe Sabon of Domaine de la Janasse!

 Made from 30-50 year old vines within the village of Plan de Dieu, grown on the iconic terroir of red clay, sand, and the famous Rhone galets. Made with as minimal intervention as possible, neutral oak aging, and zero sulfates added, the 2018 Clos St. Antonin Cotes du Rhone is Isabelle's purest expression of Grenache elegance. The wine opens with delicate aromas wild violets and fresh black raspberry, followed by a depth of mineral rich earth and peppery spice. The palate is silky smooth, clean, and easy drinking. This is as close to Chateauneuf du Pape as you can get without breaking the bank!

Bibi Graetz - Toscana Testamatta 2019 (Pre-arrival)

Wine Spectator 97 - Very attractive combination of dried fruit and spices with black cherries and plums. Aromas of flowers and sandalwood, too. Full-bodied and very refined, yet intense, with plush, velvety tannins that are wonderfully integrated and intertwined with the fruit. Ripe center palate. Tight at the end, suggesting the need for some serious bottle age. Very structured. Try after 2025.

Wine Advocate: 94-96+ Points - Sporting a deep purple-black color, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon needs a little coaxing to begin, soon unfurling to reveal notions of crushed black cherries, wild blueberries and fresh blackcurrant, plus suggestions of tar, wet slate, fertile loam and black truffles. The medium to full-bodied palate is charged with wonderful energy, delivering loads of black fruit layers and a firm, grainy frame plus and lively backbone, finishing long and mineral laced. (LPB)

Jeb Dunnuck: 98-100 Points - "Another magical wine in the lineup, the 2019 No 8 is Syrah-based, with 9% Mourvèdre and 3% Viognier. There should be a little over 800 cases produced, and it was 55% destemmed and is still resting in 65% new French oak. I love its freshness and elegance, and it’s one of those rare incredibly hedonistic yet seamless, weighty wines that does everything right. Pure cassis, blackberries, smoked meats, and white pepper slowly emerge on the nose, and it’s full-bodied, with perfect balance and a great, great finish."

Château Lynch-Bages 2015

Vinous 96 - One of the finest Pauillacs of 2015, Lynch-Bages is rich, racy and voluptuous. A rush of dark red and purplish stone fruit, mint, new leather, spice and blood orange give the 2015 a very decidedly exotic character that is impossible to miss. Raspberry jam, mocha, new leather and expressive floral notes appear with time in the glass, rounding things out nicely. Even though the 2015 is quite forward and open at this stage, the wine has plenty of stuffing as well as the underlying structure to support many years of exceptional drinking. This is a stellar showing for Lynch-Bages.
