"The 2020 Riesling Grand Cru Brand Kirchberg is amazingly pure and rich at the same time. Crushed stones, iodine and concentrated, ripe lemon aromas on the nose lead to a vibrantly fresh and stimulatingly crystalline and salty palate with dramatic tension and a saline finish with just the perfect amount of residual sugar. This is a gorgeous Riesling that has the crisp phenolic and cassis-flavored grip like Sauvignon. A beautiful wine. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in April 2022."
