"All Chardonnay from Avize that did not go through malo, the 2014 Champagne Millésime Brut is a bright yellow color and is lush on the nose with custardy notes of lemon curd, toasted brioche, and poached pear. The palate is potent and gains a lot of richness and concentration, a full, rounded mouthfeel, a note of lemon oils and a delicate level of oak spice, and a clean, chalky, persistent finish. Drink over the coming 15 years. Disgorged July 2023."
