"The 2020 Santenay Cuvée S has a more complex bouquet than the Les Hâtes Village, coming across spicier and a little tertiary in style, with more mineralité . The palate is medium-bodied with very supple tannins, the spiciness coming from the slightly higher stem addition. Veins of black fruit and tobacco appear toward the finish. Don’t be afraid to decant this; it blossoms with aeration."
