(Chassagne-Montrachet Dent de Chien 1er Cru, Domaine Coffinet-Duvernay, White) "Pale lemon yellow. Here the bouquet absolutely shows its near Montrachet class, with more style than the Blanchots. There is plenty of oak but the concentration deserves it. No over ripeness and more complete, the limestone playing its part. Have to get in early enough, says Bastien, and they clearly have in 2022. Magnificent aftertaste."
