(Domaine Joseph Roty Bourgogne - Cuvée Pressonnier Red) Here too there is a jammy aspect to the nose, yet the ripe fruit is very fresh. Once again, the dense, vibrant and palate coating flavors that powerful, serious and long on the built-to-age finish. This is definitely atypical but particularly from a structure standpoint, as it's not often that one encounters a Bourgogne that will potentially need close to a decade to arrive at its full maturity. (Drink starting 2028)  87-90 points
