"A lightly exotic nose features notes of white peach, lychee, and notably less Chablis character though to be fair, there is enough to be convincing. There is a lovely sense of vibrancy to the solidly concentrated, textured, and lemony finish. This is very clean in the mouth with good focus and balance."

"From old vines in Sous Beauroys. A fresh lemon and lime color, after fining. Lemon and lime notes also appear on the palate, with a softer finish. Enough tension at the back, Les Beauroys is providing more pleasure than Les Vaudevey."

"The 2021 Chablis Les Beauroys 1er Cru has a perfumed bouquet with orange blossom, yellow plum and struck match aromas, cohering nicely in the glass, though never powerful. The palate is vibrant and tensile on the entry, elegant in style with finely-tuned acidity and just the right amount of salinity on the finish. Quite classy."
