(Francis Boulard & Fille Brut Nature Les Rachais Sparkling White) "The 2013 Brut Nature Les Rachais, 100% Chardonnay, is fabulous. It offers a beguiling mix of freshness, drive and power. Lemon confit, chamomile, dried flowers, mint and tangerine oil are some of the many notes that open with some coaxing. The 2013 could use another year or two in bottle, but it is already showing a good bit of mid-palate pliancy to match its natural energy. This really opens beautifully with air.
