"Elegant, pure and restrained aromas include those of just baked brioche, lemon-lime, green apple and pretty floral wisps. The crisp and exceptionally intense middle weight flavors are shaped by a wonderfully fine if dense effervescence before terminating in a bone dry and youthfully austere finale. This could use a bit more depth and this beautifully effort is built to age, indeed I would recommend it. This is excellent and would make a fine buy and cellar candidate for short to mid-term keeping."
