"A beautiful light and bright salmon pink color. The nose is already very expressive with a dominance of small red fruits (currant, raspberry), floral notes, citrus (pink grapefruit, lemon blossom), and a very elegant hint of spices. The palate is crisp and taut, displaying a beautiful
energy. It then unfolds with a luscious and fleshy character, well-balanced with a lovely vivacity and refreshing acidity. The palate is very long, revealing a delightful texture and a beautiful
vinous quality. The aromatic profile in the mouth finds equilibrium between the explosive notes of red fruits and citrus, and the more delicate and complex hints of white flowers (citrus blossoms) and sweet spices (fennel seed). The Les Hauts de Smith Rosé 2023 is a very
charming rosé that combines a beautiful aromatic complexity with an energetic and luscious palate, making it a delightful companion for your summer meals."
