"The 2022 Kerner wafts up with a cooling blend of lemon sorbet, chamomile and sweet smoke that soothes the soul. This is deeply textural, nearly weighty in feel yet energetic and spry, with tart orchard fruits energized by saline-tinged acidity as hints of kiwi and sour citrus add tension toward the close. While long and staining, the 2022 is also impossibly fresh, leaving a caking of minerality and traces of candied lime that wonderful contrast.
