"One of my favorites in the lineup (although that's splitting hairs), the 2021 Pinot Noir Kokoro has a slightly deeper ruby hue as well as full-bodied aromas and flavors of framboise, white flowers, scorched earth, and chalky minerality. Incredibly textured and flawlessly balanced, with ultra-fine tannins, this is another remarkable Pinot Noir from Lato that I wish every reader could taste. This cuvée was completely destemmed and raised 17 months in 80% new French oak."
