"The NV Champagne Premier Cru Brut is 70% Meunier with 15% each Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It is a pale straw hue with aromas of Amarena cherry, spice, and wet stone. The palate is soft and inviting, with a delicate mousse and a hint of sweet fruits and berries that gives way to a light savory finish. Drink 2022-2032.Pascal Ponson was a fourth-generation winegrower in the Petit Montagne of the Montagne de Reims. When his son Maxime returned to the family domaine in 2011, they began the conversation of converting to organic practices. After Pascal’s unexpected passing in 2018, Maxime took over the estate. Today he is joined by his brother Camille. They farm 13.5 hectares predominantly of Meunier and 30% Chardonnay and Pinot Noir."  Audrey Frick
