"The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Space & Time, Aaron Pott's Cabernet Franc-based blend, takes things to another level in this tasting; What a wine! Dark, ample and wonderfully resonant, the 2019 is immediately impressive. There is so much Veeder aromatic and structural intensity at play here. Black cherry, menthol, spice, licorice and lavender are some of the nuances that develop with a bit of time, but it would be banal to describe a wine of this level so simply. Space & Time is an emotional wine that captures Aaron Pott at his very best."
